Olivia has been part of the Programming team at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York since 2014. As Associate Producer of the Midsummer Night Swing, Lincoln Center Out of Doors, and Young Music Makers festivals she has been instrumental in activating the plazas of Lincoln Center with world class performances to audiences of thousands from the New York area.
She works with hundreds of artists each summer of local, national, and international acclaim, including H.E.R., Bonnie Raitt, Raphael Saadiq, RZA, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Bria Skonberg, Vince Giordano, Terri Lyne Carrington, Mon Laferte, Joe Bataan, Septeto Santiaguero, Roy Wood Jr, and Patti Smith just to name a few. Annually the festivals work with collaborating organizations such as NPR Music, OkayAfrica, MTV, MELA Arts Connect, Caribbean Cultural Center, and the Americana Music Association.
Her experiences producing these unique festivals from start to finish has armed her with the knowledge and experience of production, marketing, community outreach, ticketing, contract negotiations, communications, hospitality, and more. Her keen sense of observation and organization results in procedures tailored to the specific event being consistently successful.
Her position and eagerness to learn about other arts communities has taken her around the country and the world traveling to Ottawa for the Prismatic Arts Festival, Japan for the Osaka Lindy Exchange, and to many other cities where she listens to local music and observes operations at local venues and festivals.
In 2018, Olivia was selected to participate in the Emerging Leadership Institute at the Association of Performing Arts Professionals (APAP) Conference and is a member of the New York Music Festivals and Presenters Group. Additionally she is an active member of the under 35 affinity group of APAP and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council of Lincoln Center.
Olivia is available to work as a freelance producer and consultant on projects locally and internationally.
